The concept of MVP gets used a lot, but what actually is a ‘Minimum Viable Product’, how does it work and what does it look like for you?

Throughout this interactive workshop, we will explain in detail the concept behind ‘MVP’, why it is important to you and your business, why you need an MVP and what does your MVP look like?

We will step you through;

* Why you should have an MVP for your idea/concept
* How can it benefit me and my business
* What are some examples of MVP’s and their successes
* How do I create my MVP
* I have an MVP, what next?

Please bring your laptop and relevant information to assist you through this workshop.

  • Note taking equipment – digital or physical
